TEAM HISTORY

Chaos became a team in 1999 and since then has grown into a very competitive team. Starting in 2008, we became one of the Northwest region's national contendors. Chaos first began traveling to tournaments in 2006, with the first annual Trouble in Vegas, where we placed 15th. That same year, Chaos won its first tournament, the PLU BBQ against the PLU Alumni team.

Since then, Chaos has taken huge leaps to become the team it is today. We traded in our short pink skirts for baggy 5 Ultimate shorts. In 2007 we were invited to the Stanford Invite and Centex, two trournaments that prepared us for our best finish ever at the Regionals competition. It was the first time ever that Chaos made it to the game to go to Nationals. We played a very exhausting game against University of Oregon in 98-degree heat. We lost but at least now teams know that WWU is a contender and that we won’t just roll over to good teams.

This past year we did better at our pre series tournaments, but had a somewhat disappointing finish at regionals 2008. But this year, with some returners, some new high school players, and hopefully some great athletes that we can turn into ultimate players, we are going for the bid to Nationals.
